Lemonade Diet
Lemonade Diet is another name for The Master
Cleanse, which was developed by Stanley Burroughs in the
1940s. Originally tested on a man with stomach ulcers, he
discovered it promoted detoxification, weight loss, and
produced amazing results on a variety of other conditions. As
word of this natural regimen spread, he wrote and published
the first book on it, The Master
Cleanser, in 1976.
Because the principal ingredients of the diet
are lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, it is also
sometimes called the maple syrup diet or cayenne pepper diet.
Whether you call it The Lemonade Diet or something else, it
remains one of the most effective cleanses and detox diets
known.
The two other major works on The Lemonade Diet
are The Lemonade Diet: A Master Cleanse
Audio CD, published by Peter Glickman
in 2004 and Lose Weight, Have More Energy &
Be Happier in 10 Days. The second
edition of that book was published in 2005.
"Thank you so much for all of your efforts in
bringing us The Lemonade Diet at such a low cost! The
cleanse has helped me regain the control in my eating habits
that I felt like I lost. Since hearing about your book and
website two years ago, I have converted to a vegan diet and
have been (mostly) successful for six months. I feel a
renewed sense of health and more conviction to healthier
eating habits with every cleanse I complete."

If you don't have a health food store
conveniently close, you can have all the ingredients and books
shipped to you from our web store.
There are some websites that sell Lemonade Diet
Kits with protein powder, extra vitamins, and other
alterations. Be sure you research enough to know which
ingredients and recipe is the authentic, time-tested original
because adding anything else to the Lemonade Diet reduces its
effectiveness.
