Re: 2009: What day are you on and how are you doing?
I am just finishing up Day 9 and I am having a challenging moment. Today and last night (both times in the evening only) I have felt sore, tired, achy. I think I am going to do the laxative tea tonight - I have only been doing the swf so far. I feel like I may be releasing toxins that aren't getting out. I had 8 lemonades today and am working on my sixth water (60 oz). You'd think that much liquid would be enough, but it feels like I need something more...otherwise, I am doing just fine!
Trying for 20 days, but after tomorrow I am playing it all by ear - only to take the pressure off! I
I hope everyone had a successful, peaceful day.

BTW, I dreamt last night that I ate a HUGE sandwich. Baked turkey slices with roasted/grilled red peppers on a kaiser roll. I woke up slightly panicked - I swear I could taste it! LOL!
Just finished Day 8 and I feel fine. Enjoy your day, everyone!

Thanks, Swips! I, too, think there was something going on there! Too coincidental otherwise
Today is my second day off the MC- I did 15 days. The orange juice was fine, but I am really looking forward to some vegetable broth this evening. The veggies are at home, ready to go. I bought every kind under the sun- I am going to add a variety of legumes as well.
I dreamed of eating cheese one night on the MC- like all the dreams I had, it was SO vivid. I could taste it when I woke up!

Re: 2009: What day are you on and how are you doing?
Greetings All, I'm on day one of my cleanse. My goal is 10 days. This is my 6th or 7th cleanse over the last 2 or 3 years, I can't remember for certain. I know one thing is for sure. This site is very helpful to me when struggling with all of the discomforts that this cleanse creates. Reading other peoples posts reminds me that it is worth the effort. Thanks, Angela

Day 13 begins for me... yesterday was a nail biter. I had to hang on and hang on! I wanted to eat so much. But I am calm and peaceful today... so that wave of detox has passed.

Re: 2009: What day are you on and how are you doing?
Hello, again.
I did my last MC in June, so now that the summer's over it's time for another one. I must admit I was half way through the first day (that would be today) and then I caved it and ate an apple. False start. Hopefully, I can keep myself away from the fridge tomorrow.
It would be nice to have someone around here who is just starting... for encouragement. Wilddarling, how about we check in with each other?

Re: 2009: What day are you on and how are you doing?
MC 6 Day 20
Hello master cleansers. I am back and ready to shoot for a long one again. I just realized that I am on day 20! YEAH . since I am planning on going for a long one again, I decided that this time I would not count the days til I get close to finishing. and what do you know, just like magic, it's 20 day into my 6th cleanse . I feel good. not that many bad detox days. I had one really bad migraine a few days ago and been really tired. the lack of energy comes from working full time and going to school full time .
I had my first food dream last night...salmon cooked with tomato paste . my sense of smell is soooooooo sensitive. I could smell my hand lotion from the day before even after washing my hands a million times. but other peoples body odors bother me the most. like tonight, some stinky kid came and squeezed himself next to me for 2 hours in class, yuk . overall, I have been doing good. I haven't told anyone about my cleanse and maybe that's why I am going so strong this time. I don't have anyone asking me how many days I have left every time I turn around.
So keep cleansing lemon heads and don't count the days! enjoy the freedom of not knowing and wanting.

Re: 2009: What day are you on and how are you doing?
just a few words of advice. Eventhough I haven't been posting on here this time around, except for a few minutes ago, I have been coming on and reading posts. and I have noticed that some people alter their cleanse by skipping lax tea or swf. I have done the mc successfully 6 times and attempted another 6 or more times. but on the times that I failed, I had always tweaked the cleanse to "meet my needs". and that was the kiss of death for me. please please please, if you want your cleanse to be a success, do not change the cleanse to meet your schedule or what ever reason you have to skip the ingredients. if you want to see results, have energy on the cleanse and actually get rid of the toxins in you, then you must do lax tea everynight and swf using 2 teaspoon every morning, period. I know that on the days that I've skip my swf of lax tea, I feel sick, tired, sore, migraine etc, etc. that's cuz the whole purpose of this cleanse is to loosen the toxins while sleeping and flushing them out when arising . and when we don't follow these directions, then we feel horrible and in many of my cases, quit.
good luck.
