Hi all, I am on day 2 of my first MC ever! I normally have low blood pressure as does my mom, and have fainted twice in the past 3 years because I didn't eat or drink enough after working out. I have improved my sleeping habits (usually I get 5 hours/night, and for the past few days I have increased that to 8 ). I woke up this morning and felt dizzy. I'm hoping it will go away once I start the lemonade for the day.

Also, has anyone substituted tea for the saltwater in the morning? I did that today. Let's see how it goes.

gigitigirl: Really focus on drinking a glass of lemonade either on the hour of every few hours. You may need to take sips to help with the dizziness.

Many people substitute the LAX tea for the swf due to time constraints etc in the morning.

hi i am 16 years old,i am doing this because of my acne, i am on my day 9 and last night when i woke up, and went to the bathroom i start felling dizzy. i finish as fast as i could and when i laid down i started to cold sweat. should i stop ? if not, how many days can i do?
