Hi all, I am on day 2 of my first MC ever! I normally have low blood pressure as does my mom, and have fainted twice in the past 3 years because I didn't eat or drink enough after working out. I have improved my sleeping habits (usually I get 5 hours/night, and for the past few days I have increased that to 8

). I woke up this morning and felt dizzy. I'm hoping it will go away once I start the lemonade for the day.
Also, has anyone substituted tea for the saltwater in the morning? I did that today. Let's see how it goes.
