Default I ate some food should I keep cleansing?

I let myself get pressured into eating some mexican style rice last night, it even had ham in it. And I was kinda scared about what would happen, I wasn't really any more uncomfortable that I have usually been on the cleanse but now that it's morning I'm not sure wether it will be worth it to do my last four days. I heard that your body is running on stored sugar the first three days of the cleanse and then the organs actually shut down and really start dumping which was also my experience. Should I just do another ten days?

Default Re: I ate some food should I keep cleansing?

Hi, Check out the about thread on "help... I cheated etc"
It looks like the advice was to just keep going if you are up to it (its like starting over)... and just add in more days at the end.

I know, it sure does not sound to great does it. I am in a similar situation. I am on day 11 of what I was originally was planning on being a 21 day MC. Well, I ate breakfast this morning. No meat or dairy but I had some brown rice, sea veg, a little homemade saurkraut and about 3 hours later about half of a thin bagette. Darn it. I am such an idiot. Grrrr.... Hmmm... I am not sure what to do.
