How do I post if I'm brand new?
Click the "Post Reply" button on the lower left of the last post of a thread. If you want to reply to a post earlier than the last one, click on the "Quote" button on the bottom right of the post you want to reply to. If you want to start a new thread (not permitted until you post replies a few times), click on the "New Thread" button on the top left of the list of threads for that board. As a new person, you can post right away, but your first few posts go to a moderator to ensure it isn't spam (advertising). After approval, your post is published on the board with all the others so you can get a reply. New posts are usually approved within a day.

Master Cleanse FAQ
The Master Cleanse (MC), also called the Lemonade Diet, was developed by Stanley Burroughs and published in The Master Cleanser by Burroughs Books in 1976.

The information in this FAQ is NOT word for word from that booklet, which would be a violation of copyright law, but rather a synopsis of that material. It was written by Peter Glickman, author of Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days, the first new book entirely about the Master Cleanse since Mr. Burroughs' original booklet. Mr. Glickman has not changed any of Mr. Burroughs' procedures, but rather answered many, many of the most frequently asked questions based on the personal experiences of himself and the thousands of people who have consulted with him and/or posted to this forum.
