all the raw food recipes for "sweets" like raw cookies or cakes that i have come across, seem to use agave nectar or honey to add the sweetness, i was wondering if maple syrup can also be used? i haven't found maple syrup as an ingredient in any of the recipes so far and im wondering why? ive read somewhere that honey is not that good for you.... any ideas? :)
