Hi! I am finishing Day 15 of my first master cleanse. I have found I can tolerate the Salt Water Flush by using room temp or warm water. It is just like doing a salt water gargle or sinus rinsing.

I have been taking what I need to work and just mixing up the lemonade in the break room at lunch. I drink 22 ounces of lemonade before I leave, mix 22 oz up at lunch, and then do the next 22 oz as soon as I get home. That gets me six fresh drinks in a day and I drink at least a half gallon of water throughout the rest of the day. I couldn't handle more than six drinks a day--needed to be on the "Taking it Easy Program." I have been having great results and plan to finish 21 days. My best eliminations have been in the past week and still going strong. I think it will take all 21 days to be in good shape for this round.

My question is this:

As one comes off the fast, should one continue the lemonade in the morning the first few days or wait until back on "normal/solid" foods?

Thanks--your website and materials have been extremely helpful! I am sure I would not have succeeded in continuing the fast without reading the book first and having it to refer to.
