Quick question- When do I really stop? I'm on day ten- do I take the lax tea tonight and the saltwater tomorrow morning? Or just the lax tea and no saltwater tomorrow, day 11? Or no saltwater and start with other juices/broth/ etc in the morning? Thanks, I want to know before it's to late!

Hi Maryanne - Yes, drink the lax tea this evening and the salt water flush tomorrow morning. This would then be the last time you 'need' to do this as part of the cleanse.

Are you sure, ladydi?

Burroughs' book, The Master Cleanser, makes no mention of continuing SWF on the First Day after the Diet (normally Day 11) - and I would assume no laxative tea for the night before (Day 10).

Burroughs (on page 25) states that "several 8oz glasses of fresh orange juice as desired during the day" for the First Day after the Diet.

It seems to be a personal preference on whether to do the SWFduring the OJ stages. This last fast was the first time I skipped the SWF and I'll never do that again. I had a headache and cravings the entire day.http://www.therawfoodsite.com/YaBBImages/rolleyes.gif

I don't think it makes any sense to NOT do it. The SWF washes out everything from the previous day. So with that last day of lemonade, plus 2 days of OJ during breaking - *That's at least 3 days of bile and toxins building up..just sitting there..
Since when is it healthy to NOT have any kind of elimination for 3 days? ???

Then there's the issue that a lot of people get constipated after breaking and still don't have any bms for a couple of days.

As a carnivore, there is only 1.5 days of OJ for me, with vegetable soup + rye crackers in the evening of day 2.

I must say, a day of only OJ is not something I am looking orward to.

At the moment, it's my intention to have my last SWF on Day 10.
