I am currently on my 4th day, and am feeling extremely dehydrated!! I am doing everything exactly the way I'm supposed to. The tea morning and night(in place of the sw), and at least 6 lemon drinks, and TONS of water. What else can I do?? Thanks in advance for any help!!

dear ManikNikki:

i know that DRY DRY DRY feeling-- and it may be a detox symptom! I'd wake up especially dry on those "detox days".. coated tongue etc.

You're probably avoiding the SWF-- afterall, who'd want to drink THAT http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/grinser/grinning-smiley-010.gifwhen you're dehydrated! but it does wonders to get the junk out of your system, and once you're DETOXIFYING-- everything works better! give it a try if you POSSIBLY CAN!

i've done it under LOT'S of different circumstances-- today had to do it while at work! (no one has to know wha's gowin on when u run to the b.r.! http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/smiley-faces-86.gif http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/smiley-faces-80.gif)

you can still drink TONS of water, once the (SWF) flow is going, & get the added benefit of even more cleansing.

KEEP IT FLOWING & you'll have a great Cleanse!

best,

soph

Dr "Batman" (Batmanghelidj) considers, as a guide, that one should drink (water) in ozs half one's weight in lbs.

For me, based on 320lbs, that means 5 litres of water a day = 160oz = 5 litres.

I thought I had been doing that for most of the previous 10 days, based on a large cup which I was told held ~ 1 litre. However, I was not entirely happy with that cup, so I measured it this morning and found it is only .5 litre. :(

As I have been using it for my SWF, it means the salt concentration was double what it should have been. :(

This might account for water retention.

So, guys, make sure your measurements are accurate!

I too agree... try the SWF on the weekend... it does wonders and as it starts to work... Drink more water, it helps to move things through faster..
Relax and let your body work....

Take care and best of luck...
