Hello all,
I will be starting my first MC tomorrow, but I am concerned about my school work during the process. I am a senior majoring in Cell Bio and have some rather rigorous exams approaching. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced moments of dullness at any time during the MC? I don't think I could afford that!
Thanks!

not dullness as you are implying.. But I have found that I am more receptive and alert. I also experienced some focus problems for a couple of days. Eye focus... but remember.. everyone is different... Your body will address that which needs to be adressed..

I would think you would be just fine, but that is based on my experience and my body...

Let us know how you are doing...

Best of luck on your Journey

Well I'm on day one. I actually really like the lemonade and will probably continue drinking it even while not fasting. I was just very concerned about my focus while doing this. I used to do juice fasts quite often while in school and found that I was consumed with thoughts of food, so much so that it was difficult to concentrate on school work. Of course I was much younger then and perhaps not as mentally prepared as I would like to think I am now! I am excited though! Hopefully in the long term it will improve my memory!
