Sex during the MC

my husband is starting the cleanse tomorrow. (first time). I am wondering if anyone has any comments on whether or not sex is recommended or discouraged during the cleanse?

all this talk about toxins, cheesy tongues, and unspeakalbe BM's really doesnt do much for me thinking I want to be the recipient of any byproducts resulting from his body ridding itself of toxins?
