Strange Pain

I am on day 4 of my first MC and have a question. Since day 2 I have had a throbbing pain behind my right ear that is swollen and sore to the touch. It is not a headache. It has become itchy and hot today, and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Any help would be appreciated.

hmm i donno. maybe it's a lymph node?
my ex who totally endorses this cleanse said that whatever happens that's strange, assume it's related. if it doesn't go away in a day or two tho... well it'll require some further investigating at that point.
