amount of time between cleansing

Hello, I am wondering if I did the cleanse a little over a month ago, is it okay to do it now for 10 days or over?
Also, Is it okay to use "Santa CruZ" Organice 100% lemon juice instead of squeezing lemons??

I am sure the time frame for doing another cleanse is okay. If you are ready..

As far as the lemon juice goes.... Not too sure... Is it fresh squeezed, no preservatives... Still I might hesitate.. use your judgement I guess.. I know I have used the squeeze stuff they sell in the produce department in a pinch, much rather have the fresh squeezed... not only does it taste better but it seemed to work better also.

I was told two days ago by a health store owner that the enzymes die during pasteurization of the lemon juice... so I switched to real lemons and limes... they taste a lot better! But in a word, do NOT use lemon juice, as even organic is pastuerized to preserve "freshness" over time.
