Hi, quick question - I am starting the MC for the first time tomorrow and want to do Everything by the book. I live in a very rural town in Upstate NY and was in "The City" this weekend to get what I needed - the only natural food store that I could find open only had one box of laxative tea. It was "Chocolate" smooth move. Because I was desperate, I bought it - Just finished my night before cup and it was awesome. Now, who's going to burst my bubble and tell me I can't use it, if I can't , can someone tell me a tea to purchase at super walmart(the only store nearby) that is acceptable? Thanks for any help and wish me luck!

Thanks so much Fancy 1! Cool - I must say the tea was surprisingly good last night, I'm glad I don't have to feel guilty about it!

Im on day 4 of the cleanse and doing well aside from the tea. I hate it. I expected to not like it, I have never enjoyed tea of any kind, but I dont know how many days I can choke it down. My question is, do I have any other option? Would a tea hater, such as myself, like this chocolate smooth move? Thanks

I used cal/mag...you mix it with water and a bit of lemon and drink it down quickly.
I bought it in the city but I have seen it on the internet. You can also read about it on the internet.

I generally use the smooth move tea as well, and am very excited to hear about the chocolate version. I have also experimented with "Slim Tea" or "Dieter's Tea" which is marketed as a weight loss tea, but seems to have the same effect, and is easy to find at Sav-on or Rite Aid in the pharmacy department near the weigh loss products. The reason I like it is it does not taste at all "Sweet" like the smooth move does. It is a more dirty tasting tea, which I prefer. It comes in many flavors and I like the original best, however, some of the flavors may contain caffeine, which I know is not allowed.

If Chocolate Smooth move is allowed, where can I buy it. I live in Hollywood, California. Will it be sold at any Whole Foods Markets? or Erewhon?

Wow I too would love to find the Chocolate Smooth Move!! My boyfriend and I are on our first day of the cleanse and the regular Smooth Move we had last night seemed quite bland. As I am craving something sweet I would cherish being able to find some Chocolate Smooth Move near me - I live in Miracle Mile, CA and will definately be stopping by Whole Foods (and TJ's?) on my way home to look!

Don't mistake the word "Chocolate" in the name "Smooth Move" with Chocolate ;) .... try it, but don't get your hopes up. I was so disappointed and felt like I was drinking steeped - wet - hay. Blech!
Talk about raining on your parade, huh? :)
