Stomach Cramps

Hi, I am having severe stomach cramps in the morning that come in passing waves. After I have an elimination I feel okay, but only for a little bit and then they come again. My lower stomach cramps up usually when I have to go to the bathroom. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas for releif (it makes it a lttle hard to go about my daily routine)? Thanks!

I have cramps about 5 to 10 hours after drinking the laxative tea, just before elimination. I'm not doing the SWF because I have high blood pressure and can't use that much salt, so I don't know what the effect of that is.

LOL...maybe instead of the Salt Water Flush...we should rename it the Salt Water RUSH!!

Thanks guys, it helps knowing that I am not alone on the stomach cramp thing. I guess it is the lax tea...not a great way to wake up in the morning, but hey, i feel good for the rest of the day so I guess it's worth it!
