today is day 4. Last night I had sever pains that ran from my right hip, down my right leg to my ankle and across my butt. I had to elevate my legs so high to alleviate the pain and be able to sleep. Then, at 4:40 am, I had intense cold sweats and dizziness. Scary. I have been doing everything as instructed. Anybody experience this? How long did it last? I have attempted this many times but never gor past the 3rd day. I AM MAKING THIS WORK this time!!

I have also had the leg pain at night, no other symtoms. This is day 4 and I hope I can sleep tonight. After sleeping on the couch for a couple of hours (So my thrashing about wouldn't disturb by partner) I woke up to no pain and have been feeling good since. I hope it's gone. Weird isn't it.

Hello,
I too had leg pain/cramps that lasted about 2 days-days 3-4. I presume it's from your body detoxing because they were gone one morning and I haven't had them since.(day 7).
Hope you felt better soon after.

Yup... leg cramps... Cold sweets, and Dizziness, also I had a couple of days that I could not focus or see what I needed to see to do my job... then all of the sudden I saw better than I have in a very long time.....
this cleanse is just awesome.... it takes care of things we did not even know were a problem...
the human body is just phenominal...
Too bad we all were programed to abuse it so badly...
Good that we now have the resources and good sense to try and right the way we treat ourselves...
happy Cleansing..

i have not had the dizziness, but i had problems sleeping i nthe first week of my last cleanse. for 2 days i would wake up breating hard an it felt like my heart was beating super fast. that went on for 2 days. the first night it really scared me. i had to remember the healing crisis to get me through. when i got used to the crazi feeling waking me up, i made it through the second day. but it did finally pass. i actuall had and still do have intense elbow pain. that is why i decided to do a cleanse in march. hopefully this time the pain will be corrected.:D

It is amazing the aches and pains that you don't even realize you have.... they ache for a day or two and then they are gone...
I also had such bad pains in my side and across my back... that I just soaked in a nice HOT tub of water.... it really helped...
