Hey All, I'm sure some of you have heard of, and are doing, the Neti Pot, but wanted to give the information here for anyone who may not know about it. I think it's an ideal thing to add into the cleanse, and it has really helped me for many years with allergies, etc. In fact, my Mom's allergy doctor recommended it to them, but they refuse to do it (they say it's too new-agie haha)
Anyway, it's just a saltwater type of flush for your nose, the fibers in the front that catch all the gunk in it, etc.. there is a pic on this site that shows how you use it. It's easy, but it takes some getting used to. I do mine once a day, as they recommend. Here's the site:

hey Joseph. It's really easy once you get the hang of it... you fill the neti pot with a pinch of salt (I use sea salt) and warm water (not too warm or it will sting), and insert it into one nostril... and then lean forward into the sink and tilt your head a bit and BREATHE THROUGH YOUR MOUTH ha (duh) and let the water run through just the very TIP of your nose.. there is an opening there that many of us didn't know was there, but that's where our fibers/hairs catch the pollution and debris and allergens, etc... anyway, breathe through your mouth as you let the water just pour from one side through to the other and OUT into the sink....
Then take the neti pot out and blow out through your nose really hard to get the snot and stuff out (you won't believe all the crap that comes out, old blood, etc.. it's lovely haha).. then repeat on the other side, same as above...
Then blow out real hard through both nostrils again and take a tissue and blow and blow until you have it all out..
and then, here is the last and most important step... tilt your head way over, until you're looking up at the ceiling with one eye.. place your finger over the BOTTOM nostril and blow.. and you'll see all this water come spraying up and out ha do it until no water comes out... then repeat on the other side. The reason for this important step is to DRY the nostril hairs again, cause if you don't mold and such can accumulate in there... Hope that helps.. they have some actual pictures and probably a better explanation on the web site link in my first post here :D When your'e done it feels very much like after you've been swimming and how your nose feels then.. all cleaned out.. If your nose is stuffy when you start, it wont work like this, they have instructions on the site for what to do to help unclog sinuses, etc. good luck! :D

Another grand product is the Sinus Rinse product available at http://www.neilmed.com/
I use this when I fill clogged up. Remember to open your mouth or the entire mixture could go down your throat. . blech. And remember don't be too violent with this or you can push the congestion into your inner ear.

My brother uses it and says it's one of the best inventions man has ever come up with. He uses a dash of Listerine when he's starting to feel a cold coming on and he says it really kicks the bug. I don't know if it's advisable, but hey if it works!
