I started the cleanse today. I had a very watery and thorough bowel movement this morning. However, since then only urination. It is 5 pm. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

It's normal for the first day..depends what you ate yesterday.

After that it'll be all muddy and yellow-ish(bile) water and is usually done within 1-2hrs.

I am on my second day, did the lax tea last night and the SWF this morning and no BM at all today, it's 5pm. Is this normal for the 2nd day???

It's day four for me. I have been doing the lax tea morning and night but with not much result I'm weary of doing the swf because I don't want to induce diarhea. SOmeone told me that some people need additional fiber is that tru? What should I do?:confused:

no fiber is allowed. the swf flushes everything out is is totally more effective than the lax tea in the morning. the point is to have liquid BMs bc the swf breaks stuff down and flushes it out.
