redness and itching all over

Hello all! I just finished my first day of the cleanse and have a question. Soon after I started the lemon drink my whole started itching and I had red bumps all over me. This has continued throughout the day and it is really irritating. I don't know if this is to be expected or not. My boyfriend is also doing the cleanse and this isn't happening to him. Can someone please tell me if this is normal? Is my body just releasing toxins already? Thanks for the help!

took me 38 days-- but i'm starting to have "itchy" spots-- and red bumps! your skin is also a "detox" organ, and can release toxins... normal, what's normal? but don't panic! you probably are DETOXING! see how it goes!

also: i've noticed that lemon skins alone can produce an allergic reaction on my face! go figure...good luck! come tell more folks on the "2006 What day are you on and how are you doing? " thread. also-- lucky you! boyfriend on the cleanse too! :) wishing you a GREAT CLEANSE!

I was kinda lucky, during my first cleanse My mom just bought a house that had a sauna in the basement so every day to every other day I ran over to my mom's to relax in the sauna. I do it every time I master cleanse. I've never experienced the spots and stuff or the Body odour problems..... at least I think I've never had the body odor problems?

I have had dry skin... hair loss... and scratchy patches... All part of the cleanse... also very brittle nails, they just tear so easily... Also blurred vision...
So just imagine all the yuckie stuff we are getting rid of... YES....

Help!!! This is Reenieboo on day 22 of my cleanse but this is the first time I have developed a rash. I am allergic to nickle and if I wear cosmetic jewelery I break out. I have not worn any lately but just below my neck on parts of my neck and now my chin have an itchy rash, small little bumps that are patchy just like when I have worn jewelery. I have read this and I just am wondering how long did the rash continue for those of you who got a rash during the cleanse. This is a little scary as it is traveling - PLEASE REPLY!!
