I am scared.. today my body has been REALLY trying to push everything out, my tongue is very white and i have nasty BO!! what is this eye thing?

Hey Brent.
Weird, I had the same eye twitching thing yesterday but it was gone when I woke up this morning. I'm a big believer in seeing if it clears with tomorrows eliminations.

Haha Winter I like your picture icon. ;D
Brent Everything seems to be "normal" on this cleanse so I'll agree with Winter to wait and see how you feel in the morning. So many weird things happen but since you're detoxing your "entire" body I suppose it makes sense that your eye is reacting too.
Keep us posted on how your doing and feeling. Hang in there. :)
Cheers,

Judging from when Brent posted this, he is probably done with his MC now, but I just wanted to comment that a few months ago I went to my eye doctor complaining of a similar pain. It felt like someone was squeezing my eyeball from the inside out (if that makes any sense). Anyhow, my eye doctor thought it might be glaucoma and sent me to a specialist. After extensive poking and proding around my eye, I was told that I did not have glaucoma and my eye pain was most likely cause by sinues. Who knew? Apparently, in addition to the sinus canals that run along your cheek bones and brow lines, there are some that run behind your eyes and if you are really stuffed up, which I am guessing could happen when your body is trying to eliminate a lot of crud from itself, these sinues can press against the backs of the eyeballs creating the pain I was, and I am guessing, Brent was feeling.
The twitching, however, I don't know how that would be related to the sinues. So, maybe Brent's eye troubles are something completely different.
