I last did the MC in Janurary. I have liver flushed 2 or 3 times since then. I tried to change my diet to at least 80% Raw and that didn't work out so well. Towards the end of my fast and throughout the next couple of months I started noticing more and more little tiny brown age spots/freckles or Liver Spots on random places on my body. I'm in my early 20's, it's NOT age related and it's not sun related. Most of them are on my arms and of course only noticable to me.

I asked this on another forum and they're telling me that fasting is part of the reason because of the toxins, my liver is on overload and I need to liver cleanse.

The problem is I can't really get myself back on track without fasting. I've tried by eating 100% raw and for some reason I always blow it. I don't know. You know how it's easy to eat raw AFTER the MC.. I want that feeling back and to start there again. :(

Should I do the MC again or wait?

I'm new to fasting and read briefly somewhere about needing to do a liver cleanse after a fast too. I would also like to know if this is necessary. Thanks.

I wish I had the answer to your question. Unfortunately, I don't. I also need to say that I am not a licensed health care provider and cannot diagnose, prescibe, treat, or cure any illness.

I do know that doing the MC beyond the body's nutritional alkaline mineral reserves can cause problems such as sensitive teeth or, rarely, temporary (a couple of months) hair loss. :(

How much is too much? It is different for each person. How do you know if you've cleansed too much? Feeling worse on days that are normally good--days 4,5,6, 9, 10, 11. 12, 16, etc.--(other than specific detox symptoms, which should lessen with the next day's eliminations) is one indicator.

However, if you start doing green smoothies as discribed in "Green for Life" by Victoria Boutenko (available at our web store https://123webmagic.com/themastercleanse/catalog/, you will build up your nutritional reserves and improve your health. :D The nice thing about the green smoothies is they taste great and can be added to whatever diet you are now eating and many people have reported their diet naturally tends to more raw fruits and vegetables.

After a few months of daily green smoothies, you should be in good health and then, if you need another cleanse you can do the MC. However, keep in mind that 30 days is not always better than 10. You have to listen to your body.
