Question before I start tomorrow

Hello guys, I'm planning on starting the MS tomorrow. I am really overweight, 5'11 260 lb. I was just wondering will it be okay for me to go for as long as I can...I'm hoping to go at least 15 days and to stop when I see the mucus and everything is out of my system. I have also been eating meat all my life and hoping to change that as well after im done and become a vegetarian.

Any advice and/or tips? Anything would be wonderful!

Hey Shimlu-

I don't know if it's okay for you to go AS LONG as you can, but I am 5'3" and when I started the MC I was 232 lbs. I'm now down to 216 and I've been on the cleanse for 13 days and plan to stay on it for forty.

Originally I'd done the cleanse before but only for five days and I'd had to stop because I didn't hydrate myself enough. This time I've been taking quite a few precautions (drinking more water and lemonade mix, really paying attention to my body, when I'm thirsty, etc) and have been making sure to get enough rest and I feel great.
