Ideas for Thanksgiving dishes?

I plan to break my MC right before the holiday so I can enjoy the meal but I don't want to eat the meat or anything rich and heavy. What kinds of dishes can I make that the rest of the family won't think are weird? I'm considering a Waldorf salad, some kind of vegetable soup, maybe some other green salad.

Other ideas? What are YOU eating for Thanksgiving?
