I am technically on day 1 of the cleanse. Yesterday I had a massive headache and I thought it was gone today it has resurfaced. Since I became ill yesterday I ate soup and thought I should stop the cleanse because the soup came back up.

Today, I did the SWF and had one glass of lemonade. My sis tells me to chug the lemonade but, I just read about drinking it hot or even making the smoothie sounds awesome.

I am off work today and thought perhaps I'd see some effects and know what to expect in the office. So far nothing has happened.

Outside of the headache coming back I can say I feel better than yesterday. My mind was kind of fuzzy yesterday but, much more clear today.

I am glad to hear some people exercise as well. I plan to do some moderate walking if possible. I have weighed myself and took my measurements about 1 week ago. I really want to stick with this. This is the largest I have ever been in my life and I really want to be at a healthy weight and just feel better mentally and physically. (I am also a chatty kathy)

So, chug or sip ? What is your preference? I also noticed I add quite a bit of pepper- is that a good or bad thing?

I think chug/sip is personal preference, but I found it easier for me to drink a set amount every few hours (for me, it was 2oz every 2 hours, I believe). I chugged it, only because I am on the phone a lot for work, and want to make sure I *remember* to drink!

I actually set an alarm in Outlook (email client) every 2 hours to remind me to drink.

How else is your cleanse going?

Where did you read other 'recipes' for the lemonade? The smoothie sounds yummy!!
