hello --- i am looking into doing this MC detox and wanted to know what the worst-case scenario could possibly be!
i haven't bought the book yet (i just started surfing today to try to find out more about detoxes etc.)... i am hoping it will be available in my local Waterstones (UK bookseller).
like the others above - i am a little 'scared' of what this will do to me! if anything. i am fairly healthy --- but i used to smoke lightly (quit six months ago) and drink too, lightly. i have never had a problem with my weight but recently have started feeling bloated and tired when i eat and just feel like i NEED to flush out my whole system a-z.
i am not worried about cravings or not being able to stick with it - as i eat fairly lightly and i don't crave food generally. i get hungry and irritable when i am hungry but i don't crave anything particularly and i get full fast when i eat.
is there any longterm damage that could happen? will this upset my natural appetite? are there possible liver complications? or colon complications? does it matter that i probably have candida? that i am already fairly slim? or is there anything else i should be aware of??? not that it will necessarily put me off but i like to know about these things beforehand and then make my decision. risks v gain - sorta thing.
thanks!
