i am so looking forward to ending the cleanse (day 4 so far) and starting my new lifestyle of eating raw live foods. im craving raw broccoli or just anything raw right now. Im curious about what kinds of foods are raw. In a raw diet do you only eat raw fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds? Can you eat beans? Beans are confusing to me because from the earth they are dry but can you eat them dry or do you have to cook them?

what other foods can you eat on a raw/livefood diet besides just fruts and veggies? does it stay satisfying all your life or do you get tired of the same thing?

hey rawr, did you check out those websites I showed you on the other thread you started?
also have you tried searching online? I always get tremendous results from google. that's how i got alot of my information.

Take some time and read up on this forum here. There are recommendations from juicers, cookbooks, recipes and everything. Specifically there are two threads on page two you should check out - with raw restaurants and with raw cookbooks. cookbooks will definitely give you an idea of things you can prepare to eat for different meals.

Also, if you'd look in the webstore on here, Peter has a book he recommends to help those switch to raw and a book about green smoothies (or maybe they're the same book, I don't remember now) but check out the main page on this site - www.therawfoodsite.com and there is alot of info on there as well.

like i said before on the other thread you started about beans, you have to soak them. you don't cook them. Do some research on sprouting

try doing a google search for "raw food" "raw recipes" "raw diet" and "raw meals" and I'm sure you'll find tonnes of answers to help you begin your new lifestyle.

congrats on making it to day 4.
