Scared to start

I have everything I need except the lemons, but I am afraid to start because I have a physically demanding job (take care of tropical plants) and I am afraid I will have to go to the bathroom alot in the morning. I go to work early in the morning and get off by 3:00 usually. Should I be concerned about being on the road driving from account to account.

Maybe a good thing to do is start on a weekend (if you have one). That way you can get a feel for how your body will react. For me, about an hour after the SWF, I have to go, there's not doubt. And then maybe a couple more times over the next hour. But after that, I just have to pee a lot the rest of the day. Good Luck.

Karen, I had the same concern. I would drink the senna tea at 5p, it takes 6 to 12 hours to work. I would drink the sea salt at 4:30a, in the morning, by the time I left in the morning at 7a. I am finished. I found a schedule that worked for me. This is my 9th day. You can do it, Karen. Good luck on your cleanse. I feel so great. It's worth it. Go Karen!!!!!
