ok, so i'm at the end of day 3. i've been doing everything by the book and although i desperately want to eat something (i'm craving things that i didn't even want to eat before i started the cleanse), it's not as hard as i thought it would be. i'm about to have my "smooth move" tea and go to bed, but i wanted to ask two about two things to ease my mind.
1) i noticed that there is also a chocolate smooth move tea. same calorie count as the original. is this ok to drink? if it is i really think it'd be useful in satisfying some of my cravings.
2) to curb a buffalo wing cravind i had earlier today i sprinkled a little sea salt and cayenne pepper on a plate and scooped it up with my finger. it did the trick and i figured it be ok because they were both ingrediants in the cleanse. is that a no no?
