I bought a can of breadfruit nuts today just out of curiousity. I have absolutely no idea what to do with them. Does anyone out there know? If so, could you supply me with a recipe? Are they a healthy food? Thanks :)

interesting...
i'm familiar with breadfruit - we had a tree in our yard back home
and i'm familiar with with breadnuts.
but not breadfruit nuts. even wikipedia yielded no results.
i googled it, apparently someone else did the same thing as you (or is it you!?)

from stuff i read it's like nuts/ beans. and one article i found says it's a cross between peanuts and potato)
i say, be brave. boil them with a little sea salt and eat them with some rice or something. everything goes with rice!
Goya is the best. tastes like home.
