I love these sites as well. I have a few cookbooks (vegan) that I really enjoy if you would like the names.

Thanks for posting.

Those websites are great! I'm not even vegan, but I'm going to look for the Larabars at my Coop tomorrow. :)

My 2 favorite vegan (not raw) cookbooks are "How it all Vegan" and "The Garden of Vegan". The recipes are easy and quick and the baked goods are great and easy to prepare with kids! Although I am reaching for an almost 100% raw diet, I still bake vegan goodies for my kids, the chocolate chip cookies and I adapted the vanilla cake to lemon muffins are an all time favorite in my house.

Oh boy...I could go off on the word "vegan" with those book titles (very witty titles). :D We could come up with a few hilarious phrases of our own... I'll refrain. ;)

Eating Vegan doesn't mean it's raw right?

You're right. Vegans don't eat animal flesh and their products.... like dairy products. Their diets are plant based.

May I recommend a really good website...
Go to vegsource.com and look around. There's a lot of good stuff there to read. I follow the McDougall Program that's there. It's lowfat and plant based, and I find it very enjoyable to follow. :)
