Is there a RAW fast?

I did the Master Cleanse, but was told by a neighbor that eating "raw" is also a
cleansing?
Anyone?

Raw food is a great way to stay clean and feel great!
When a food is cooked (heated above 120 degrees F) its life force and enzymes are destroyed, and the body cannot properly use or eliminate it, leading to buildup of waste in our bodies. This is why it is necessary for us to do internal cleansings, such as the master cleanse.
The more raw and uncooked food we eat the easier it is for our digestive tract to properly use it, and stay clean longer!
Most or all people eating a primarily raw diet find that they have greater energy, clearer minds, and just all over Feel Good!
When beginning a raw food diet, many people experience a detox similar to that obtained on the master cleanse, the only difference being that they can continue to eat this way for the rest of their lives, and stay clean!
After completing the master cleanse is a perfect time to begin a mostly or all raw diet, because you will already have cleared out the toxins from your body, and you are ready to rebuild from whole, unprocessed, living foods!
I have been eating a mostly to all raw food diet since Feb, and I really believe in this way of eating. I have noticed more energy, less congestion, less allergies, and I just feel really good!
Sometime last month I broke the diet temporarily, and now I am thoroughly convinced. From simply reintroducing some cooked foods into my diet, I began to notice signs of poor health coming back at me- sinus congestion worsening, allergies reappearing, loss of energy and liveliness, and the more cooked food I ate during the day, the more irritable I became in the evening. So I'm back on Raw foods, and currently on day 3 of my first master cleanse to help myself along the detox process and clean myself up so I can feel great for... well basically forever!
