Strange Pain

I didn't do the master cleanse (I know, wimpy me) but I have been drinking lots of warm lemon water, and I just became about 80% raw in the past few weeks. Now I have the first sore throat that I've had in the past 7 years.. when I had a tonsillectomy. The pain is pretty bad, and my toungue has a yellow-white coating. Is this a sign of detoxification? Is my body confused?
